Does your dog sniff out treats and bones or understands how to follow your lead on adventures? Here are some fun and thrilling activities for your dog’s special day.

Obstacle Race
Set up an obstacle course for your dog and his or her friends to race on in your garden or rented space.
Dogs pick on cues quickly and enjoy doing so. If they see a challenging obstacle track in front of them, they are going to do their best to beat it.
Things you could use to create this race are tunnels, orange cones, hula hoops, ramps, etc.
You can make it even more fun by ending the course with a large wading pool.
Treasure Hunt
Dogs love digging for goodies. Create a treasure hunt by making all the dogs at the party sniff the treats while they are leashed.
Then, let them watch you hide the treats around the house. At this point, they know they have some delicious snacks to hunt down.
Initially, hide the treats in some of the more obvious places. Once they get the hang of the game, discreetly move the treats into tougher spots.

Catching Competition
On average, dogs can make 5 feet high jumps to make sure they grab their treats securely. The more they do it, the better they get at it.
If you want to see how well your dog can do, launch a treat-catching contest at his or her birthday bash.
This game is always more fun when two or more dogs and their humans participate. Place 10 treats in the hands of each of the pet parents and start throwing them up in the air.
The idea is to see which dog catches the most treats. To make it more fun, keep a timer on.

A Game of Fetch
A game of fetch with your dog never goes out of style and it will always be one of the best birthday games to play with your dog.
Energising and fast-paced, playing fetch is a great way to keep your dog busy and fit. You can try this activity in your backyard, a rented space, a dog beach, or a dog park.
Fetch is usually played with tennis balls because they have more bounce and they are easy to track. You could play fetch with your dog with his favorite treats or a large bone, too. The first dog that fetches the ball successfully wins!

The best birthday games to play with your dog are the ones that everyone plays together. On his or her birthday, your dog is the star of the show. At the end of each game, treat your pet with kisses, hugs, and rewards!
If your dog wins any of the games, gift him or her with a new collar as a prize. Even edible presents are a great way to go. Your dog’s birthday comes only once a year so make the most out of it.
