  • Mix garbanzo flour and baking soda in a bowl

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius
  • Chop potatoes and boil until soft
  • Add beef, egg, oats, carrots, and peas in a bowl and mix
  • Grease the baking tin with coconut oil
  • Add the mix to the tin
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes

Frosting Prep

  • Add boiled potatoes to a bowl
  •  Use a hand mixer and mix the potatoes
  • Add water to help reach the desired consistency
